Special Holiday 2020 Shipping info:

Please note that due to COVID-19, I am trying to make fewer trips to the post office, so I am mailing orders only on FRIDAYS and TUESDAYS. Thank you for understanding.
Also due to COVID-19, please expect shipping delays. Carriers are doing their best, but be sure to give yourself lots of time.

Holiday shipping cutoff dates:

Canada: November 29

USA: November 20

International: November 7

These are suggested dates to try to ensure your shipment arrives for the holidays. I will still ship after those dates, but it will be less and less possible to get your hoodie in time.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping information prior to shipping. We will ship to the shipping address given at the time of checkout. Jeni Mack is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address.

Canada

Shipping within Canada is a $15.00 CAD flat rate for all orders under $250.00

Shipping is free for orders over $250.00

Orders are shipped via Canada post expedited parcel

Local (British Columbia): 2 - 5 Business Days

Regional (All other Provinces and Territories): 5 - 7 Business Days

USA

Shipping to the United States is $20.00 CAD flat rate for all orders

7-10 Business Days

International

Shipping to international locations is $30.00 CAD flat rate for all orders 

10-20 Business Days

Customs charges and taxes on international shipments are payable by customer
